Filling a complaint

If you have a complaint you can submit it with this form. All information given through this form remains confidential, and you have the option of leaving your name or being anonymous. We still recommend that you leave your name, or give your name via email, so that we can keep a running dialogue with you and have the chance to gaiter all the information we need concerning the case.

 

We always wish to have a conversation with the student who files the complaint before we bring the complaint to the relevant parties.

 

What can I file complaints about?

If you mean that there are faults with your education, you have the right to complain. We have mentioned some examples below.

• Change of study plan

• Bullying

• Refusal of leave of abscence

• Application for extended period of study

• Medical reports not being approved

• Reading lists not given before deadline

• Refusal of explanation after an exam

• Censorship deadlines or other censor handling.
