UiS Assistance is a student organization that is open to all students at the University of Stavanger. UiS Bistand is working on international aid and to raise awareness and engage students at UiS in international work. UiS assistance collects NOK 40, which students can give when paying the semester fee. You can read more about the semester fee and the voluntary contribution here . 

The funds for the spring semester 2023 will be shared between SAIH (Studentenes og Akademikernes Internationale Hjelpefond) and the foundation Haydoms Venner. As for the next school year 23/24, it has not been determined who will receive these funds.
