What is your motivation to apply for the position?
The choice to take an education is something that benefits both the individual and society. In Norway, we are privileged, with equal access to education. I see it as very important to take responsibility for ensuring that UIS becomes the preferred university, based on good study options and good student service. By increasing the number of students who choose to move to Stavanger to study, we will be able to work purposefully to keep them in the region after completing their studies. With this, one will, among other things, contribute to strengthened competence in the region's business life and enrich the local community.

I have experience from board work, both through my own companies and through roles in collaboration committees in the school system. Otherwise, I have taken on roles that FAU leads for several years, and was a Mentor for women in business for the Professional Women's Network.
